


My classes offer full-body conditioning with increasing intensity, featuring strength training, balance work, and core exercises. Modifications are available for all levels, and recordings are sent after each session. While most students are 55-80, the classes are adaptable but not suited for chair-bound individuals.
2 Days per week: Ideal for those new to exercise or returning after a break.
3 Days per week: Perfect for regular exercisers looking to challenge themselves
